The December  issue of Touchline is  online and to end 2011 this editiion celebrates the success of England women’s team, who made history against New Zealand’s Black Ferns with back to back wins and a draw.  There’s news too of the RFU 2010/11 record financial results and the RFU Board apologises for the game’s damaged reputation and sets out the way forward.
